Role Overview

As the site’s Maintenance Supervisor, you will organize and direct daily maintenance operations, coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro / Mechanical technicians, and collaborate with production leaders to ensure equipment is maintained, operators are trained, and downtime is minimized. You’ll champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes and systems across the company. Depending on location, your scope may include building services, machines, and related support groups.

Capabilities We Value

• Deep skill in diagnosing and repairing CNC equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies.
• Hands-on knowledge of three-phase power and multiple control voltages.
• Ability to program or adjust PLCs and HMIs; experience with PC-based control systems is a plus.
• Comfort with all shop tools and the testing / measurement gear required for electromechanical control systems.
