Per Diem : No Perdiem

Completion Bonus : $150 / month

Pay Frequency : Weekly

Schedule :   Monday - Fri 40 Hours 5-8s

Project Scope

The Safety Manager will oversee safety for the construction project at the active ABM manufacturing site. Primary focus is on oversight of cleaning activities and working from heights.

Qualifications

OSHA 30 or higher

5+ years of construction safety

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee health and safety for short-term construction clean activities
• Supervise janitorial tasks at a construction site
• Ensure safe high bay cleaning operations
• Monitor use of mobile elevated work platforms
• Implement and enforce fall protection measures
• Oversee lockout / tagout procedures
• Manage barricading and site safety zones
• Co-create and review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
• Participate in daily pre-job briefings and meetings
• Conduct site walks and engage with team members
• Support and provide safety training (including orientation and equipment-specific training)

Skills :

Excellent public speaking and communication abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information

Knowledge :

Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction

Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations
