A company is looking for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and offboarding
Resolve employee relations issues and recommend changes to policies and procedures for compliance with labor laws
Establish and maintain relationships with management and act as a resource on HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
Preferred experience with ADP
Ability to assess and resolve a wide range of HR issues using analytical techniques
Ability to devise solutions based on limited information and adapt approaches as necessary
Ability to enhance relationships with senior internal / external partners, requiring persuasive skills
