Team Lead

The Team Lead role is a part-time contractor position within the Accordus team. This team member fills critical project management functions for Accordus clients, including leading client calls and directing internal teams to meet client priorities.

Responsibilities :

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Support internal team members by sharing best practices for client engagement and project success
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
• Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
• Lead weekly meetings with the client and maintain a professional appearance on calls
• Checking (and responding to) emails and project management system 4x / day Monday - Friday.
