We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Engineering Director to lead our IT Infrastructure and Operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT systems and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT environments. This includes a focus on modern infrastructure, automation, and user experience.

How Youll Find Success

• Own, create, and execute a strategic vision for our global IT infrastructure that will scale to support our company as it grows.
• Own the ITIL framework. Lead the adoption and maturation of key ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Enablement, and Service Request Management.
• Challenge the status quo and dont settle for what weve always done.
• Focus on automation and eliminate manual solutions wherever possible.
• Collaborate with leaders across the company and world to understand how we can provide them with an amazing IT experience.
• Use data to understand how we can improve our efficiency and the customer experience.

For full-time positions , this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
