Key Responsibilities

Process and track pharmacy prior authorization requests using company and vendor tools

Prepare and distribute prior authorization requests for review and respond to additional information requests

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while meeting decision-making timeframes

Required Qualifications

1+ years of work experience in a pharmacy-related field

Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT)

Experience in customer service and phone etiquette
