Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Analyst to join our team either on site or remotely. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring data accuracy and integrity supporting business operations with timely and precise information management. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality data this opportunity offers a dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter.

Key Objectives

Accurately input update and maintain data across various systems and platforms.
Ensure data integrity by performing regular quality checks and validations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related projects and reporting needs.
Manage data in compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

Enter and update data into databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy and speed.

Verify data by comparing it to source documents and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Maintain organized records and documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data.

Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.

Adhere to data privacy and security guidelines at all times.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data entry processes.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or related roles preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team both on site and remotely.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
