A company is looking for a Personal Injury Trial Attorney to manage a caseload and advocate for clients in personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and products liability cases

Develop case strategy, attend hearings, and handle all phases of litigation

Lead trial preparation and serve as first or second chair at trial

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of litigation experience with a focus on personal injury cases

Experience on the plaintiff side, particularly with various personal injury incidents

Trial experience as first or second chair is strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and effectively
