Driver Pay Rates
* $185 to $200 daily to start
* Orientation pay
* Extra Stop/Pickup pay
* Breakdown: $18 per hour with a max of $150 per day
Benefits & Bonuses
* Bonuses: Safety and referral
* Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
* $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
* $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work & Route
* Main Driving Region: Hauling refrigerated freight from Pilgrims, plant to plant, plant to warehouse transfers
* 5 day work week with a 6th day every other week or when the plants running
* 2 loads per day: 400-500 miles per day/ 2200+ per week
* Home Time: Home daily!
CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:
* At least 21 years old
* CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
* Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
* Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
