Training Specialist

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to develop web-based training content and support project delivery for clinical and administrative workflows. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with training leads and subject matter experts to assess training needs and define learning objectives Design and develop interactive, web-based training modules using Articulate360, ensuring engagement and accessibility Host live training sessions and provide direct support to end users and trainers Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5 years of relevant experience Proficiency with Articulate360 or similar e-learning authoring tools Experience creating job aids and training support materials Ability to quickly learn and master new content and workflows
