What You’ll Do :

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Conduct home environment assessments , focusing on safety and communication accessibility
• Recommend equipment or adaptive tools to enhance independence and function
• Report progress and changes in patient condition to the Director of Nursing (DON) and physician
• Provide education to families and caregivers to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation
• Deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect

Requirements :

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Pediatric experience required
• Completion of required supervised clinical fieldwork
• Current Texas SLP license
• 1+ year of pediatric SLP experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care
