A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager. Key Responsibilities Provide oversight for HR projects and ensure completion of tier 1 HR responsibilities Act as a strategic HR partner, analyzing trends and collaborating on workforce strategies Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on policies Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required; Master's degree is a plus PHR or SPHR certification is a plus 5-7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a mid-size+ public company 1+ years of leadership experience preferred Experience navigating uncertain and grey business situations strongly preferred
