Director of Transformation Adoption

A company is looking for a Director of Transformation Adoption to lead the Finance Transformation Adoption function.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and scale the Finance Transformation Adoption function, establishing frameworks for stakeholder engagement and adoption measurement

Lead the design and execution of change management strategies for high-impact transformation programs

Define and operationalize adoption KPIs and success metrics that connect change execution to business outcomes

Required Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in Transformation, Change Management, or Finance functions with progressive leadership in global organizations

Proven success in leading enterprise-scale adoption programs within Finance or Business Transformation contexts

Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree or certification in Organizational Change Management or related field preferred

Strong understanding of finance processes and systems, linking adoption outcomes to business performance

Expertise in blending human-centered change management with technology and AI adoption strategies
