GTM Engineer

A company is looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain workflows for automation and AI to enhance Marketing, Sales, and Sales Development functions

Collaborate with teams to identify challenges and create AI-driven workflows to address them at scale

Build and maintain internal apps and integrations, and automate repetitive GTM workflows using existing tools and AI

Required Qualifications

4+ years in a software engineering role

Experience with AI coding agents, such as Cursor or Claude Code

Proficiency in Python and SQL coding

Experience building integrations (APIs / webhooks) and working with LLMs in production apps

Strong business mindset to translate business needs into effective systems
