A company is looking for a WM Trust Officer to manage fiduciary and investment management accounts. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage assigned fiduciary and investment management accounts Ensure compliance with governing documents, state statutes, and company policies Accountable for the servicing and retention of existing accounts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Three or more years of experience in Trust administration An advanced degree may be considered towards years of experience Basic knowledge of estate settlement, taxation, and trusts Working knowledge of fiduciary law and regulatory compliance requirements
