OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for coordinating projects from lead phase to completion.Location and Travel : This is a site based position, in West Virginia. MasTec's Clean Energy and Infrastructure Group (CE&I) is a $4 billion annual revenue business unit that provides construction services for industrial facilities; building products manufacturers, power generation facilities, manufacturing plants; solar, wind, and thermal energy plants; buildings, and infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : Coordinate engineering studies Coordinate change order requests Coordinate situations with engineersCoordinate with estimating on projects Submittals and requests for informationWork with owners and clients on specifications and technical questions in planning stages Work on projects in planning stagesCoordinate with owners or clients on planning projects Coordinate with regional managers on status of projectsCreate subcontracts and PO'sTrack job costs and predict monthly revenue streamsManage QA / QC on projectsIdentify, research and resolve all contract disputes with the OwnerMaintain prime contract with the Owner or ClientEstablish monthly billing procedure with the Owner or ClientEstablish and maintain job cost control, which will be reported monthly Review general conditions cost on a monthly basisReview subcontractor's application for payment based on percent complete and approve or adjustApprove material and subcontract invoices for paymentIssue change orders to subcontractorsInitiate and execute all monthly progress payments to the OwnerQualificationsEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree (B.
