Clarity Partners is seeking an IT Help Desk Administrator local to Chicago, IL . This is a fulltime opportunity on a large-scale client facing project. This position will report in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide level 1 and 2 helpdesk technical support to employees via phone, remotely and on-site.
  • Assist with MS server maintenance for virtual and physical infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and efficiently resolve a wide range of technical issues.
  • Take ownership of issues, seeing them through to closure, and escalating when necessary to next level of support personnel.
  • Track and manage service tickets, Microsoft 365 Management, and Local Active Directory Management.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and peers.
  • Assist with hardware inventory documentation and management.
  • Document and manage security for endpoint and end users.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Associates Degree in IT or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a technical support environment.
  • Diagnostic and analytical skills for software and general IS application knowledge.
  • Strong computer literacy skills with an emphasis on software knowledge, installations, and use.
  • Basic computer abilities with the understanding of terminology and functionality.
  • Ability to prioritize while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent telephone presence with organized follow-up skills.
  • Ability to be proactive and able to take direction and establish ownership of projects.
  • Demonstrated networking skills, able to foster strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clarity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the IT Helpdesk Administrator, the base salary pay range is $55,000-$70,000. The range represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. Compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
