SIGNING BONUS - JOB DESCRIPTION

Field Installation - Controls

ENERGY SERVICES OF COLORADO

OBJECTIVE : To provide installation services to our customers to include projects and service.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Install systems as per Engineered drawings provided and as directed by Project Manager
Coordinate with engineering and the PM for required changes and discrepancies
Provide the PM with red line drawings at the completion of each project
Provide service response as required
Providing own personal tools

COMPENSATION :

Base salary of $25 to $35 per hour

Accrual of one day vacation for each month worked to a maximum of 10 days per year. To be increased by one day with each subsequent year until 15 days per year are accrued

Health insurance is provided with 20% being paid by the employee. Costs of family medical coverage is borne by the employee

Access to 401K for personal contributions. Company matches up to 4% of Salary.

Dental insurance paid by the company. Family coverage paid by employee

Vision insurance available

Cell phone provided

REPORTS TO :

Project Manager

Please Note :

Mileage at $.65 per mile will be paid for miles driven not attributed to going to the job site and returning home. As the job and abilities progress, a company vehicle or auto allowance will be made available.

If it becomes necessary to have a Laptop Computer, ESCO will provide one for your use.

If significant progress is made, after hours on call may be required.

Reviews at 6 months from hire date and one year. After that, they become annual.
