The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role is an individual contributor role. You will be responsible for building a territory in your respective region primarily through prospecting for new business and expanding existing accounts. You will report to and work closely with the SVP of Sales to create a GTM strategy that will maintain a 3-4x pipeline and meet / exceed quarterly targets.

The qualified candidate will build territory and account plans, establish a referenceable customer base through the execution of transactions and the Adoption of the Anvilogic Platform.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute Territory and Opportunity Plans.
• Maintain a pipeline at 34x coverage through consistent prospecting.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Anvilogic use cases and be prepared to articulate value.
• Build trusted relationships with Security teams and key stakeholders.
• Own and drive the end-to-end sales process.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Proactively identify risks in deals and collaborate to mitigate them.
• Operate with urgency and accountability.
• Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts.
• Identify and develop internal Champions.
• Gain access to Executive Buyers (EBs).
• Conduct multiple in-person meetings weekly.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Travel to customers is expected.
