A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide IT support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of IT support for customers
Answer incoming calls, emails, and web submissions efficiently
Resolve end-user incidents and requests while providing high-quality customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Strong technical aptitude with Level 1 experience in supporting Windows OS, O365, and other IT tools
One year of experience in a technical support or customer service role preferred
Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations in service positions
Ability to explain technical issues in an understandable manner to clients
Willingness to work on-call and during weekends / holidays as needed
