A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor ticketing system service boards, inbound email, and receive inbound phone calls
Create and manage workflow incidents within approved ticket and monitoring solutions
Assist with new hire training and serve as an escalation point for Associate Service Desk Technicians
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of experience with various IT systems and applications
Certifications : CompTIA A+, Network +; MS-900 preferred
Knowledge of DNS and its application to network devices
Ability to adapt to rapid change and effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
