Director of Adolescent Outpatient Mental Health

Arkview Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Adolescent Outpatient Mental Health to lead our adolescent programs. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing outpatient services, ensuring quality care, and supporting our mission to provide exceptional behavioral health treatment to youth and families.

Responsibilities :

Provide oversight and direction for adolescent outpatient mental health programs

Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards

Supervise and support staff to deliver evidence-based, client-centered care

Develop and monitor treatment programming for children and youth

Foster strong relationships with families, referral sources, and community partners

Qualifications :

Master's degree in a mental health field with practicum experience

Licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred

Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience

At least 1 year of experience or training in children and youth mental health programs

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
