Job descriptionManage ~20 requisitions at a time, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while Partner with hiring managers, including senior leaders, to provide strategic guidance and Leverage sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles as needed. Use Jobvite (our ATS) to track requisitions, manage workflows, and generate insights. Bachelors degree is preferred. 10–15 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in biotech or life sciences. Experienced in managing multiple high-priority requisitions across functions. Familiarity with Jobvite or other ATS platforms preferred. Highly proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MS Outlook / Office.

Pay Scale : $100, 505 – $125, 648 (Dependent on Experience)

- Own full lifecycle recruiting for US-based FTE roles across Commercial, Corporate Groups,
and Technical Operations (Supply Chain & Global Manufacturing) — your focus will shift based
on hiring priorities.
