🌟 We're Hiring : Talent Advisor / Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner! 🌟

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Advisor to lead our recruitment efforts and enhance our talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

📍 Location : San Rafael, CA

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : Talent Advisor

Pay Scale : $100, 505 – $125, 648 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do :

Own full lifecycle recruiting for US-based FTE roles across Commercial, Corporate Groups,

and Technical Operations (Supply Chain & Global Manufacturing) — your focus will shift based

on hiring priorities.

Manage ~20 requisitions at a time, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while

keeping pace with evolving business needs.

Partner with hiring managers, including senior leaders, to provide strategic guidance and

strategic insights to support hiring decisions.

Leverage sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles as needed.

Use Jobvite (our ATS) to track requisitions, manage workflows, and generate insights.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelors degree is preferred.

10–15 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in biotech or life sciences.

Experienced in managing multiple high-priority requisitions across functions.

Familiarity with Jobvite or other ATS platforms preferred.

Highly proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MS Outlook / Office.
