The Law Foundation of Silicon Valley's mission is to advance the rights of historically marginalized individuals, families, and communities through legal services, advocacy, and outreach.

Established nearly 50 years ago, the Foundation helps find stable homes for abused and neglected children, assists people with chronic illnesses in accessing benefits, provides low-income individuals with safe and affordable housing, and addresses issues like domestic violence, discrimination, human trafficking, and mental health.

ABOUT THE POSITION The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead the organization's operations and systems. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will oversee human resources, finance, IT, and operational systems, ensuring effective administrative and reporting structures, and fostering a positive internal culture and programmatic impact.

The COO's responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Internal strategy and effectiveness

People and culture management

Administrative and operational leadership

The salary range is $175,000-$190,000, with competitive benefits, commensurate with experience.
