Echo Multipliers are high-capacity volunteer leaders who dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to serve in key leadership roles such as pastors, directors, coordinators, or coaches. These individuals work in close partnership with staff members to expand and enhance ministry efforts by taking ownership of crucial ministry areas and mobilizing volunteer teams to serve effectively.
The specific role of each Echo Multiplier is based on the department and ministry area that Multiplier serves in. The role is developed based on the person's strengths and also the needs of the ministry. After application, the Multiplier will define their unique role with their staff supervisor.
This role offers a unique opportunity for highly motivated individuals to significantly impact Echo's ministry while growing in their leadership abilities and spiritual journey.
*Each level of leadership has its own requirements and standards. A director level leader that has gone through the appropriate steps, can become a pastor at Echo.Church.
