Description :

The Kent Companies is seeking a motivated Billing Associate to join our team. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Midland, TX.

Primary responsibilities :

  • Invoice customers for fuel and freight
  • Manage electronic document filing
  • Initiate and record EFT payments
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Experience with Fuel Bill of Lading and delivery tickets a plus
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Able to work with a diverse group of people
