Ziegler CAT has an opening for a temporary, part time, administrative position to assist with general administrative duties and various projects in our Business Intelligence department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service
- Sorting, filing, scanning and organizing documents
- Data entry
- Report formatting
- Respond to email and phone inquiries for the department
- Document processing
- Work collaboratively with team to help support various projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 16+ years of age
- Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Interest or experience working in SQL, Power Query or Python
- Interest in working in databases and datasets
- Personal Attributes: excellent communication skills, dependable, organized, willing to learn, able to multi-task, and attention to detail
- Work onsite
- Able to work up to 28 hours per week

Standing, walking, sitting, using hands, talking, hearing
Working conditions are indoor and quiet
