As an Assistant Production Manager, Photography, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by overseeing the development and productivity of the Photography team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the photo studio, the consignor and customer experience. • Maintain team's master tracker
• Complete department payroll
• Track team's attendance and scheduling
• Maintain positive team culture
• Attend all photography production meetings
• Assist with communicating necessary disciplinary measures
• Assist with onboarding new hires
• Maintain and produce positive influences on team culture
• Facilitate trainings and production meetings on a weekly basis
• Build monthly individual trackers
• Oversee master employee logs

The expected salary range for this role is $59,608.80-$80,912.00. To determine starting pay we consider factors like location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Salary is part of TRR's total rewards package, which may include bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
