Lease Construction Manager (Data Center Projects)
We are seeking an experienced Lease Construction Manager (LCM) to support the delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for managing leased data center construction projects from site execution through Ready for Service (RFS).
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction project management, mission-critical facilities, vendor coordination, and data center infrastructure environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage leased data center construction projects through full project lifecycle
- Coordinate with lease providers, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet standards, schedules, safety, and operational requirements
- Drive Ready for Service (RFS) delivery for each site location
- Track project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and construction milestones
- Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, safety, and security teams
- Attend owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings and provide project reporting updates
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, construction standards, and safety protocols
- Support issue resolution, escalation management, and project execution activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects
- Strong experience with construction project management and vendor coordination
- Knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure including electrical, mechanical, and operational systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced construction or infrastructure environments.

- PMP Certification
- LEED Certification
- OSHA 30 or strong construction safety knowledge
- Experience with data center providers, hyperscalers, or mission-critical facilities

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
