Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $1,963 per week in Columbia, SC

Job Title : Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession : Registered Nurse Specialty : Operating Room Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Shift Hours per Shift : 10 hours Experience : 2 years required License : SC or Multi-State / Compact RN license required Certifications : BLS required Must-Have : Clienttion badge required Description : Position / Specialty : Operating Room Registered Nurse Shift : Day Shift, 4x10 schedule from 6 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM On-call requirement : 1 to 2 call days a week, and 1 call weekend every 5 weeks. On-call during the week starts at 5 PM; on weekends, it starts at 7 AM Saturday and ends Monday at 7 AM. Candidates must have 2 years of experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Candidates may need to float within the scope to meet facility needs. Approval required for block scheduling requests. Facility can call off 1 shift every 2 weeks. Candidates should be compliant with all local and state regulations. Special requirements include a radiation badge provided by the agency. Daily patient census is 1 : 1, with a maximum of 5 visits per day. Unit supports interdisciplinary services including IV teams and physical therapy. Account managers will prioritize candidates with active state licenses in hand. Candidates must be available for emergency response during hurricane season, which runs from June through November. Modules are non-billable and average 4 hours spent on training.
