Ensure the smooth handoff of leads from partners to internal sales, maintaining transparency and alignment throughout the process.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders, including Partner Managers, Sales Representatives, and Solution Consultants at our CCaaS partners.

Track and report on partner pipeline, referral quality, and conversion metrics using CRM and partner management systems.
Assist in partner enablement activities to ensure CCaaS partner teams are knowledgeable and proficient in positioning our integrated solutions.
Help identify opportunities for deeper partner engagement, upsell potential, or partner-led deal acceleration within the contact center technology space.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, specifically within the CCaaS, UCaaS, or broader CX technology space.
Demonstrable experience managing partner-generated leads and building successful relationships with major CCaaS providers and their ecosystems.
Preferred understanding of related CCaaS products such as Voice (SIP), Messaging (SMS / MMS), and Email.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and sales handoffs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ideally partner portals or PRM tools.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a strong desire to drive mutual partner and customer success.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
