About the Role
As a Physician Assistant for Matrix, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments during in-home visits that last up to one hour. These assessments allow us to capture in-depth insights into our members' health, medical history, and social circumstances, ultimately improving their care quality. Your responsibilities will include :
- Performing adult and geriatric assessments encompassing medical history, diagnosis, treatment, health education, and necessary referrals, all documented per Matrix protocols.
- Administering and ordering point-of-care and lab-based tests as needed.
- Collaborating with physicians, case managers, social workers, and family members to coordinate care effectively.
- Engaging in patient education and follow-up in collaboration with Primary Care Physicians.
- Providing services in members' residences, including their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Assessments are conducted Sunday to Saturday, from 8 am to 7 pm, allowing you to work as per your convenience.Competitive Pay : Your earnings will reflect your commitment! A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with completion of NP or PA licensure.Current NP or PA licensure in the practice state, including prescription authority or the ability to obtain it.Certification by NCCPA, AANP, ANCC, or AACCN in relevant specialties.Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.A valid state driver's license and proof of adequate auto insurance.Adeptness with medical software and strong communication skills.The Matrix Culture
