North Dakota Loan Servicing Associate

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance prior to funding

Prepare boarding sheets and enter loans into the core operating system

Assist with ongoing loan servicing and documentation processing for the loan portfolio

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in finance, business, or a related field

Four years of experience in commercial, agriculture, or real estate loan documentation or lending

Ability to manage multiple loan files and adjust priorities as needed

Experience with banking software systems and documentation preparation

Willingness to collaborate with partner financial institutions
