HVAC / Plumbling Building Tech II - 3rd shift

Job Summary

Performers, operates, and maintains : including HVAC & Plumbing commercial systems. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components.

3rd Shift Schedule : Sunday - Thursday 10 : 00 PM -6 : 30 AM

Essential Duties

• Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants. Requests may include plumbing & HVAC.
• Diagnoses building management / energy management systems for faults and errors.
• Collaborates with fellow technicians to maintain and repair hvac, plumbing systems.
• Proficiently interprets blueprints and schematic drawings to ensure accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
• Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs.
• Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment, and keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests.
• Works on and completes all facility team-based goals.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance with a strong focus on plumbing and / or HVAC systems

Valid EPA Universal HVAC certification required

Plumbing license or equivalent commercial plumbing experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
