A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of QA Engineers and mentor them on best practices

Oversee test planning and execution for web and mobile applications

Drive improvements to testing processes and ensure compliance with security policies

Required Qualifications

4+ years experience as a QA Engineer in an agile development team

2+ years managing a QA team

Experience testing SaaS web applications and mobile applications (iOS and Android)

Knowledge of agile software management tools (e.g., JIRA, VersionOne)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
