In just eight years, Christ Covenant has grown from a small gathering of believers into a gospel-centered community of more than 2,500. Each week, our Tuesday night worship service draws over 1,000 young adults hungry to know God's Word and live out His missionmaking it one of the most vibrant ministries in our city.

As our Discipleship Associate , you'll be part of a gospel-centered, joy-filled, and highly collaborative ministry team that loves to dream big, innovate boldly, and equip people to walk faithfully with Christ. This isn't a fill-in-the-gaps job it's a front-row seat to watch God change lives, a chance to unleash your creativity, and a platform to multiply disciple-makers who impact the world.

What You'll Do

  • Create transformational pathways from newcomer to multiplying disciple.
  • Equip and unleash leaders who shepherd small groups, lead Bible studies, and mentor others.
  • Foster authentic community that reflects the heart of God's family.
  • Launch creative initiatives like retreats, leadership cohorts, and special discipleship events.
  • Provide pastoral care that is warm, gospel-rich, and life-giving.
  • Collaborate across ministries where discipleship is woven into every age and stage.

    • Your mission will be to design and lead discipleship experiences that help people not just learn about Jesus, but live like Him . You'll play a key role in seeing and discerning the discipleship needs of our church family and creating clear pathways for connection, growth, and care. This includes :

  • Designing and maintaining systems that invite and equip people for discipleship.
  • Actively identifying gaps and opportunities for new groups, cohorts, and ministry initiatives.
  • Equipping leaders with the tools, training, and encouragement they need to shepherd well.

    • This role blends relational insight with organizational skill helping to keep our discipleship ministries running smoothly while cultivating a church-wide culture of connection and growth in Christ.

  • Theological depth and gospel clarity (Bachelor's in ministry / theology preferred; M.Div. a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a talent for building community
  • Organizational savvy with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
