Job description

Membership Coordinator

This is a hybrid role that requires working onsite at least three days a week.

Job Purpose : Supports the planning, execution and monitoring of membership services across Piedmont Clinic. Partners with senior team members to identify and achieve priorities, goals, and objectives for each initiative with a dedicated emphasis on Piedmont Clinic membership dues and other fees. Maintains forms, templates and workflow documentation for the departments membership processes. Maintains an accurate provider-and practice-level contact database for Piedmont Clinic members. Maintains relationships with and interacts effectively with employees and clinicians from all levels within the organization. Responsible for physician mailings and general correspondence.

Qualifications : Bachelors degree in healthcare, Business or a related field.

Three (3) years of experience involving project management, project coordination, consulting, data analysis, health system planning, business development, operations improvement or a closely related field.

Strong analytical and project coordination skills

Experience with promoting excellent customer service

Experience in healthcare

Advanced MS Excel skills preferred
