Endeavor Health is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses looking to secure a permanent staff position with a trusted community-based healthcare organization in the Chicagoland area.
Current Openings at Evanston Hospital - availability may vary

- 5 South : Oncology / Hospice with Med / Surg Overflow
- 2 Louis : Med / Surg – Stroke, Cardiac, Neuro
- 4 South Searle : Med / Surg Tele, Stepdown, Post-op
Position Details :
Position : Registered Nurse (Full-Time, 36-40 hours / week)Compensation : $36 - $55.15 (pay increases based on candidate's expertise, years of experience and other factors)Shift : varies based on unit availability (weekend requirements based on the unit, typically rotating every / other weekend)New Grad RNs, under 2 years of experience, will be required to start on night shiftWhat you will do :
Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unitUtilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of careGuide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient careCommunicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of carePositively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experienceExperience & Qualifications :
1 year of inpatient or hospital experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)Active Illinois RN LicenseBLS / CPR Certification (additional certifications may be required upon hire)ASN required, with a preference for BSN or ongoing educationWhy Choose Endeavor Health?
