A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing to enhance its go-to-market strategy and lead a global product marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own segmentation, ICP, and persona development through data and research
Build and operationalize a scalable launch framework for products and partnerships
Champion AI adoption within product marketing to enhance workflows and strategic impact
Required Qualifications
8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably with an enterprise focus
3+ years of people management experience with a focus on coaching and development
Mastery of core product marketing functions including segmentation, positioning, and competitive intelligence
Proven ability to link product marketing strategy to business outcomes such as pipeline and revenue
Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Marketo
