At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) play a key role in developing communication, social interaction, and functional language skills for children with autism and developmental differences.

We’re hiring a clinic-based SLP in Fayetteville, NC , with the opportunity to consider part-time applicants based on availability and client needs. Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are welcome and will receive structured supervision.

Position Highlights

  • Setting : Clinic-based pediatric speech therapy (Fayetteville, NC)
  • Status : Full-time (part-time applicants also considered)
  • Reports To : Clinical Director
  • Compensation : $65,000–$85,000 / year based on experience & credentials
  • Population : Early childhood through school-age clients

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy using evidence-based practices
  • Conduct evaluations and develop targeted treatment plans
  • Address expressive / receptive language, articulation, AAC, and social communication needs
  • Support feeding / swallowing needs when appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs , and caregivers to support generalization
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and evaluation reports
  • Communicate clearly with families and interdisciplinary teammates
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Active North Carolina SLP license (required)
  • ASHA CCC-SLP or CF completion with supervision
  • Pediatric experience; autism experience strongly preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping children develop lifelong communication skills
