Job description

ServiceMaster of Tacoma is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Moving  Team .

Pay Range : $21.10 - $22.75. Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 30-4 : 30 with opportunity for OT and potential after hours on-call.

What you'll do as a Moving Technician :

  • Regular hours - 7 : 30-4 : 30 Monday - Friday with opportunities for overtime!
  • Loading and unloading boxes and furniture in a team
  • Drive large box trucks ranging from 16' - 22'

    • What we ask of Moving Technicians :

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds.

    • Will need to pass a physical abilities test.

  • Must be able to enter data into tablets.
  • Must have valid drivers license and clean record.

    • Will need to pass DOT Physical & Driving record verification.

  • Must report to work at our warehouse in Tacoma

    • The Moving Technician must be someone who :

  • Has a strong desire to be part of a team to help reach daily production goals
  • Exhibits a strategical thinking aptitude
  • Pays sharp attention to detail
  • Demonstrates the ability to lead

    • Preferred but not required qualifications :

  • Prior moving experience
  • Experience driving oversized vehicles

    $500 Referral Bonus Details :

  • Effective 1 / 1 / 25-12 / 31 / 25 for all technician roles.
  • Bonus paid on payroll following your referrals completion of onboarding.
  • No limit on quantity of referrals bring all your friends!
  • Referral cannot have worked for ServiceMaster of Tacoma in the previous 12 months.
