MaxLinear is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Business Development / Product Marketing Network Infra and Carrier Products to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on the following :

• Expand MaxLinear's presence among the top 20 global service providers and cable operators
• Direct account responsibility for certain US, Canada and LATAM operators cultivate and expand relationships, expand opportunities, new designs, etc.
• Learn, communicate and effectively position MaxLinear product differentiations in 5G infrastructure, Wi-Fi, broadband
• Create and maintain revenue and unit forecasts to support MaxLinear forecast cycles every quarter
• Collaborate with global sales teams on forecast alignment, RFPs, supply chain etc.
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to review / contribute to Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs), market analysis, competitive threats and other trends
• Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the target markets
• Individual contributor role with potential to evolve to leadership ship role, to drive regional operator relationships focusing on the top global service providers and cable operators
• Must be able to drive and influence the sales, marketing and other teams to achieve business goals,
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, translating insights into actionable strategies
• Provide product positioning in new and existing market segments, driving efforts for design wins
• Develop and provide training and sales tools to the direct sales team and channel partners
• Develop and implement communication plans for customers, sales, investors, and internal executive presentations

Compensation And Benefits

MaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock-based compensation.

MaxLinear expects to offer a starting base salary within the range of : $163,904 to $254,508 Annually

The actual starting base salary will be determined by the match to certain role-related criteria such as educational degree(s) or equivalent, relevant work experience, skillset needed for the role, and geographic location; this is not an all-inclusive list as some roles may require unique skills or experience.
