Description : We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health. This role involves conducting six patient visits a day, requiring the flexibility to travel. The average travel distance is 60-80 miles per day, with mileage reimbursed weekly. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of Home Health experience, but seasoned first-time travelers will be considered. The position entails evaluating, reassessing, and discharging patients, as well as supervising Physical Therapy Assistants. Successful candidates will receive support from departmental leadership, schedulers, clinical managers, and peers. Technology utilized includes EPIC for view-only access, Focura for uploading essential documents, and Samsung phones.
