What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe for any irregularities.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the retail or mall environment to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or provide assistance when needed.

Document incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift according to Allied Universal protocols.

Work closely with store personnel, visitors, and / or other stakeholders to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.

Remain alert and aware of surroundings while on patrol and / or while assisting customers and employees.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Lifting up to 20 pounds is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
