Opportunities are available at various locations in Metropolitan Washington, D.C., and Baltimore. Candidates must indicate a preference for Baltimore or Washington, D.C. when applying. Through arts education programs and more, Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center enriches the lives of thousands of underserved youth in the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia school systems, empowering them to develop their artistic talents and achieve their greatest potential. Since its inception in 2004, LTYC has continuously expanded its programming, geographic outreach, and calendar, expanding stronger relationships among schools, students, families, and the community.
LTYC has been able to impact the lives of more than 160,000 students, ranging from grades K-12. Many of our students come from schools in Baltimore City and surrounding areas that are in dire need of arts education and behavioral intervention. Our arts education instruction includes dance, theater, music, visual arts, media arts, creative writing, STEAM, culinary arts, Yoga, martial arts, and gardening.
