Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management- EPCM

Note : This is a pipeline role, so our timing will be fluid

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EPCM Specialist to join our Enterprise Performance Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing allocation and profitability models using Oracle EPM's Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM) application. You will work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive strategic insights and cost transparency.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into EPCM models.
• Design and implement allocation logic, cost drivers, and profitability analysis using Oracle EPCM.
• Configure and maintain EPCM applications, including metadata, rules, and data integrations.
• Support the full project lifecycle : requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy, and support.
• Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting of EPCM models and outputs.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.
• Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud updates and EPCM best practices.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
