Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a respected rehab facility in Falmouth, Maine . This permanent position offers consistent day shifts, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans

Deliver therapeutic exercises, activities, and modalities to improve patient function

Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to supervising PTs

Document treatments accurately according to state and facility standards

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies

Collaborate with the rehab team to maximize outcomes and support discharge planning

Requirements

Active Maine PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills

Previous rehab or clinical experience preferred
