Job descriptionExperience : Previous experience in a client service or administrative role is preferred. A basic understanding of financial concepts like brokerage accounts and life insurance is a plus. Technology Savvy : You should be proficient with PC and Outlook . Experience with wealth management platforms is a plus. Adaptability : You are a team player who is willing to adopt new technologies and standardized processes to improve efficiency. You enjoy finding better ways to get things done and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Personality : You thrive in a supportive, collaborative role and are skilled at taking in information and producing clear, organized results. Salary : 70k-90k, negotiable based on your experience and relevant registrations (e.g., Series 7, 66 etc). 401k : Employer-matched contributions up to 4%. Entry level Full-time Administrative, Customer Service, and Project Management

Base pay range
$70,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the client onboarding process, including account opening and new client setup.
- Handle client transactions and general account support.
- Provide administrative support to the rest of the team.
- Process and manage incoming mail.
- Manage calendar and schedule.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
