Key Responsibilities
Identify and analyze trends to drive continuous improvement among external agents and provide coaching
Lead initiatives to enhance BPO efficiency and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Facilitate communication and support within the BPO environment and participate in vendor reviews
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in handling complex client-facing issues through various communication channels
Ability to identify trends and understand broader business perspectives
Proven capability to operate autonomously and manage competing priorities
Experience in building strong relationships with cross-functional partners
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana
